Chicken Fajitas the Tastefully Simple way....

Healthy Chicken Fajitas with

Garlic Garlic and Onion Onion Spices

First cut your green bell pepper, red bell pepper and medium onion into strips

Second cut your boneless, skinless chicken breast into strips and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish
In a separate bowl mix 2 - 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons (or a cap full) of the Garlic Garlic and Onion Onion.
Spread oil mixture over the chicken in baking dish.

Spread your veggies over the chicken strips and oli mixture already in baking dish.
Then sprinkle some more olive oil, garlic garlic, and onion onion over the veggies to prevent them from drying out while baking.  Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughly and veggies are tender.


And here are the results, YUMMY!





The smell of this cooking and the taste was just amazing!
